What we were trying to say Sanjay is that often you’re not getting as great a deal at warehouse stores as many people believe. You can often get similar items at similar or better prices if you wait for sales at regular stores, especially if you have coupons.

On top of that, you can buy smaller quantities which can be especially good with foods. You don’t want to have to over eat in order to prevent food from going bad and sometimes you just don’t have enough space for their quantities, especially if you live in an apartment. Better to buy what you need rather than wasting. If you get it for half price, but throw away half of it, how much did you save?

I was not sure about the tip about warehouse stores. Do you mean to say in general store like costco or BJs tend to be more expensive in items like soaps or shaving creams than say target or walmart.

I just found this site today & I have listened to all 11 episodes. I think that it’s pretty neat! Some things I can certainly look at implementing right away, some I have to live without…. I kinda like part of the new format & I like some of the old format as well.

I enjoyed this show. It is interesting how you can learn new things everyday.
I will recommend this show to my cousins in California, in the Azores, in Portugal, and in Canada.
